The name “together play therapy” was born from a commitment to provide a safe, inclusive and therapeutic place for children and their families. I am passionate about supporting children and families, especially when things get a bit tough or you want some extra support.

This includes supporting children’s:-

★ Emotional or social challenges, such as making friends or having big, overwhelming feelings, anxiety, or sadness.

★ Challenging behaviours.

★ Building emotional regulation skills, self-esteem and resilience.

★ Strengthening the attachment relationship between children and their family.

★ Healing from traumatic experiences and events.

★ Processing and healing from difficult experiences such as family relationship breakdown, grief, loss, adoption and out of home care.

★ Supporting neurodiverse (for example, Autism, ADHD, ODD) children’s play skills, social skills and emotional expression.

Together Play Therapy embraces a trauma-informed model of practice. I strive to create a safe, welcoming and therapeutic space for all children and their families.

We acknowledge the Gundungurra and Darug people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we live, play and heal. We pay our respects to their Elders, both past, present and emerging.  Always was, always will be.

Everybody is welcome at Together Play Therapy.

We are a neuro-affirming practice and celebrate the diverse gifts and perspectives that neurodiverse people bring to our community and lives.
